Delete Your Account
You can delete your KindWatch account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your guardian account and profile
- All registered devices
- Notification and call log data
- Check-in schedules, check-in history, and missed alerts
- Weekly safety reports
- Emergency contacts
- Heartbeat and service event logs
How to delete your account
Option 1: From the KindWatch dashboard
Sign in to the KindWatch web dashboard, go to Settings, and select Delete Account.
Option 2: Email us
Send an email to privacy@kind.watch from the email address associated with your account. Include "Delete my account" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 days.
What happens to the monitored device
After account deletion, the KindWatch app on the monitored phone will stop syncing data. No new data will be collected or stored on our servers. The app can be uninstalled from the device at any time.
